Who we are
Margin to Margin Books is an independent literary press based in Tre Taliesin, Ceredigion, Wales. We are the seller of record for all purchases made through this site.
Ebooks
Ebooks are supplied as EPUB files. After payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link by email. You have three download attempts and seven days from the date of purchase to save your file. After that, the link expires. If your download fails within the seven-day window, contact us at info@m2mbooks.com and we will reissue it.
EPUB files are compatible with most dedicated ereaders, tablets, and reading apps. If you are unsure whether your device supports EPUB, check your device documentation before purchasing. We cannot issue refunds on the grounds of device incompatibility.
If you receive a file that is technically faulty — corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable — contact us within 14 days and we will remedy it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Print books
Print books are dispatched by post. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
If your book arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days at info@m2mbooks.com with a description of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We do not accept returns for print books that are in satisfactory condition.
Payment
Payments are processed by Square. We do not store payment card details. All transactions are subject to the payment processor’s own terms.
Intellectual property
All content sold through this site remains the intellectual property of its respective authors and rights holders. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the work. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or share files purchased here.
Liability
We are not liable for losses that arise from circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, device failure, or third-party platform outages. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchase in question.
Writers Hub — Terms & Conditions Addendum

These additional terms apply to members of the M2M Books Writers Hub. They supplement the main Margin to Margin Books Terms & Conditions. By creating an account on the Hub, you agree to both documents.
1. Community Content and Moderation
Content ownership. By submitting content, you grant M2M Books a perpetual, royalty-free licence to display, archive, and use that content in connection with the Hub and M2M Books. You retain full ownership of content you post.
Member responsibility. You are responsible for all content you post. Content must not be defamatory, infringing, unlawful, or in breach of any third party’s rights. You must not post content you do not have the right to share.
Prohibited content. The following are not permitted on the Hub:
• Harassment, threats, or abuse directed at any individual or group
• Slurs or hate speech of any kind
• Spam or repetitive posting
• Off-topic content that is not relevant to the Hub’s purpose
• Reproduction of copyrighted material without permission
• Unsolicited commercial promotion or self-promotion beyond what is reasonably relevant to your profile
Reporting. A report button is available on all posts. Reported content is reviewed by M2M Books, who has sole discretion to remove content or suspend accounts.
Consequences of breach. Breach of these rules may result in a warning, removal of specific content, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at M2M Books’ discretion.
2. User Accounts
Account deletion. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@m2mbooks.com. Accounts will be deleted within 30 days of a confirmed request. Profile data will be deleted immediately upon account deletion. Posts on the Community Wall will be deleted or anonymised immediately.
3. User Conduct
As a member of the Hub, you agree not to:
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
• Use hate speech or discriminatory language
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Solicit commercially without prior approval from M2M Books
• Reproduce copyrighted material without permission
Breach of these conduct rules will result in a warning, content removal, suspension, or termination of your account, depending on the severity and frequency of the breach.
4. Data Specific to the Hub
Profile data. Profile information you provide (name, location, pronouns, influences, publications, social media links, biography) is stored for the purpose of operating your Hub membership. This data is deleted immediately upon account deletion.
Moderation records. Records of flagged and moderated content are retained for safety and legal review purposes, even after account deletion.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Hub is provided “as is.” M2M Books is not liable for content posted by members. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Hub or continuity of service. Our liability in connection with the Hub is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be live at this URL with the date of last update shown above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
